There are presently two Recreational programs available within synchro:  the Star program and the AquaSquirts program.


bulleta developmental skills program for female and male swimmers that offers children, youth and adults instruction in basic to advanced synchronized swimming skills
bulletthere are three programs within this series; the Star Program, the Superstar Program and the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards program
bulletStar Program has from levels 1 to 10
bulletSuperstar Program has levels from 1 to 7
bulletBronze, Silver and Gold awards
bulletStar program offers an opportunity to learn new skills in the water, improve body awareness and improve fitness level

The Star program is directly related to our competitive program so that a swimmer who has completed Star tests may challenge at the  equivalent level or one level below.  For complete information on the competitive test program click here.
